Did you know we have adult activities at The Hunslet Club? We offer a variety of sessions to help you improve your confidence, fitness and health.
We have three different ways for you to get activity, including:
Membership starts from as little as £10.00 per month for the fitness suite, and our classes are priced at only £4.00 per session. We also offer monthly memberships of £25.00 for the use of the fitness suite as well as our boxercise classes.
Boxercise combines fitness with fun, as our qualified coaches will guide you through an enjoyable session that will get your heart pumping. Our boxercise sessions are held every week on a Tuesday and Thursday, from 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm. It is £4.00 per session, and no booking is required.
Our Boxteq sessions are new for 2023 and are suitable for adults 18+. These sessions are held on Monday from 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm and are £4.00 per session.
Boxteq focuses on footwork, bag work, defence work and boxing technique. Our qualified and encouraging coaches will guide you through each session to ensure you get the most out of your time with us.
Our gym is open for you from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 10:30 am and then from 12 pm until 9 pm. The fitness suite is also open on Saturday, from 9 am until 1 pm, unless stated otherwise on our social media.
The senior youth club, with guidance from our youth workers, also has access to our onsite gym. Our senior youth club can access the gym for free.

Whether you are a beginner, amateur or pro, you can always learn something – especially when you are guided by our talented coaches who specialise in each area. Newcomers are always welcome, as we can guide you through the process.
