We all know the classic tale of Alice falling down the rabbit hole and discovering Wonderland…but is it really as simple as that? Or once you begin to look more closely, do the dark secrets that Wonderland hold reveal themselves? One Alice, Two Alice’s, Three Alice’s…each with a story to tell. Or is it the same story? How many Alice’s are there? And how did they get there? In this Physical Theatre piece we were delve into Wonderland and the secrets it holds.

Homework, lessons, exams, new classmates, MORE homework – moving to secondary school is certainly no walk in the park! Class is in session for our original devised play created by Hunslet Rogues’ very own creative minds. A fun and nostalgic piece of storytelling theatre exploring the ups and downs of high school.
‘But just remember this. We don’t live alone. We are members of one body. We are responsible for each other.’ In this performance, we will watch a group of our older members perform this exciting Crime Thriller which asks us to think about our actions and their consequences. Written by J.B Priestly, this play is a classic which has been a new adventure for Rogues as we have had the opportunity to explore more intense, serious and mature acting skills. TW. Topic of suicide. Alcohol (This performance will be last, anyone who is not comfortable with these topics will be allowed to leave before the performance starts)
We are performing 2 shows on Friday 26th and Sunday the 28th April. Tickets are £5 each or a family of 4 ticket (2 adults and 2 children) is £15. Under 3’s are FREE but will sit on the knee of their parent or guardian.
The doors will open 30 minutes before the show starts and food and drink will be on offer at our on site tuck shop before the show and in the interval.
